What happens after I submit?
You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. Our Data Protection team will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days. For "Full Erasure" requests, you will receive a deletion confirmation once complete.
Will withdrawing consent delete my account?
Withdrawal of marketing or profiling consent will not delete your account. Only selecting "Full Erasure" triggers an account and data deletion workflow. Note that we may retain certain records required by law (e.g. tax invoices).
Can I re-consent in the future?
Yes. Withdrawing consent does not prevent you from giving fresh consent later. You can re-subscribe to marketing emails or create a new account at any time.
